Great Food, fair prices, friendly service.
Used to be a big fan. Maybe would still be a fan if I ate in house. But I got carry out today and was shocked at the portion size and food quality for the money. I got Vegetarian #3 - I chili relleno, I bean taco and rice for $8.25. In house that would have included chips and salsa. Also the drink would have been refilled. Carry out included no chips or salsa and a very small styrofoam cup of soda for $2.50. I have eaten at a wide array of Mexican restaurants, and I have never seen a chili relleno that small. The bean taco - there are ways to make such a thing interesting, which is why I ordered that combo. I assumed it would have been made with salsa or cilantro or sour cream or guac ...something to make it more appealing. Nope. The newer menu is not attractive nor as a appealing as the old one.
Excellent food. Good service. We sat in a back corner by the fireplace on a chilly day. Nice and cozy.
Been coming here for years, starting with the Capon Bridge location... Was sold at the first bite.
