I went today about my sore throat and cold. I didn't get my primary doctor so I had another doctor (Physician Assistant) named Missy. She made me feel so bad. She went to do throat swab to test for strep. She jammed it in there like 4 times for 5 sec long and it made me puke. After i did she got all mean and hateful. Would not give me antibiotics, and I asked her about my face acne and she was like your visit is over you have to come back another time. I cried and got upset. The nice lady at front desk gave me a note with RIsk management and a name Liz Ludwig. I could not get ahold of her so i'm posting on here. I am in so much pain and no medicine.
