No customer service, always messed up order every time:(
Go to another McDonald's this one has had many renovations and no crew to run it
As with all McDonalds I've ever been to its hit and miss. Some days orders are right and super fast, and the staff is pleasant and other days not so much.
Never have had the horrible service that most people in Romney talk about. It's fast food, so you kind of get what you should expect but nothing worse than that for me. Food tastes like McDonald's and the service is what you would expect, nothing exceptional with either but not horrible.
Had to ask for a wet rag to wipe our tables, fries were cold, nobody was at register had to use kiosk to order, the manager is talking loud enough to here that she is "damn hungry" and we all know when the crew gets off because she is yelling and asking them.
I had heard how slow the drive thru service was...I had an exceptional experience though. Both lanes had orders going in & I was out of there in no time. To me, it looks like the staff today, were working together & doing a great job. Food was great too!
